Everest base camp trek

morining

it's been a busy 2 weeks in Nepal, on an amazing trek to Everest base camp .

The scenery is incredible and certainly takes your mind of some of the gradual increase in altitude daily .

Hardest points of the trek have been sleep and cold .

But over a bit surprised by the dust on the tracks, a face cover is essential for the trek .

Use of water bottles is fair better than camel pack so you can see levels of water intake daily .
